This build wasn’t about transportation. WD-40 needed a mobile platform that could support race-day operations, demonstrate products in real time, and provide hands-on service to riders, all while reflecting the professionalism of a permanent facility.

Race environments are demanding. Interiors must handle moisture, gear, tools, and constant foot traffic without compromise. This van features:

Commercial-Grade Flooring
LONSEAL coin-pattern laminate provides durability and slip resistance while maintaining a clean, professional appearance. Installed over a wood subfloor, it stands up to heavy event use.

Legend Wall Liners
Composite wall panels protect the cargo area while creating a finished interior that supports a polished brand environment.

Ranger Design Shelving and Partition
A fabric-finished partition separates cab and cargo space, eliminating the raw partition and elevating the interior from utility to professional support space. Ranger shelving and storage is used throughout.

Custom Fabrication: Purpose-Built for Performance

RB Components Cabinetry
Custom cabinetry provides organized storage and integrated product display capacity. Designed for field efficiency, the system allows quick access to tools, lubricants, and cleaning supplies while maintaining a clean, professional presentation.

Custom Upholstered Seating (By American Trucks & Vans)
In addition to performance-focused infrastructure, the van includes custom-manufactured upholstered seating designed and installed by American Trucks & Vans. These seats elevate the interior from utility vehicle to professional brand environment — offering comfort for riders, staff, and guests during event engagement.

Custom Roof Canopy (By Others)
Extends the footprint of the vehicle, creating shaded space for demonstrations and rider interaction.

Rear Access Storage & Display
Ranger Design shelving and drawer systems allow the team to organize inventory and deploy tools quickly during events.
